Pumped to bring to you Pilates. Body. Move. A morning workshop brought to you by Carla Da Costa the author and life coach behind Living With Heart Co. alongside a professionally trained Pilates instructor.
This morning event combines Carla’s love for Pilates with her body self-love journey from weighing 30 kilos to 90+ kilos while pregnant, to now finding her own version of balance and confidence as a woman in between.
The morning will include:
↠ A 30-45 minute mat Pilates workout to wake up our abs, butt and thighs 🍑
↠ A Body self-love talk. What does it looks like? And what does it feel like for you?
↠ And how to embrace what it means to be a woman in love with what she has to offer herself and others.
↠ Followed by a grazing table brunch afterwards.
