6 Things That Should (And Do) Happen

6 Things That Should (And Do) Happen

After nearly four years working one on one with women I’ve heard enough to have almost heard it all!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And because you’ve experienced life only through your own eyes and own body I wanted to share this list of should’s with you knowing that you might not know this…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷ We should be going to the toilet for number 2’s at least once a day (or more). That is actually normal and a sign of health. Your digestion should be free flowing- you eat, you go, you eat, you go. Our digestion is one long passage and if we’re going once every few days or once a week we are stagnant and blocked. The toxins and matter our bodies are wanting to expel leach back into our bodies and blood the longer they sit in us – a leading contributor to brain fog, tiredness, low mood and poor skin.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷We all experience sadness at friendships we outgrow or that disappoint. It happens to all of us at different stages. Accepting that the role of someone in our life can and will change is a Universal theme I’m talking frequently about with clients at the moment. If it’s happened or is happening to you please know it’s not a reflection of your self-worth or whether you’re good enough for someone or not.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷It’s expected to have negative thinking and self-doubt creep into moments of our day. We have 1000’s upon 1000’s of thoughts a day and even the most positive people have negative self-talk. Positive people just don’t buy into it as much. They pay more attention to the good stuff.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷Many online businesses that claim to be busy and fully booked are not. There’s no shame in that. Equally there’s no shame in your business being exactly where it is right now. Pretending you’re in demand when you are not, in my experience, does not make you more in demand.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷We all self-sabotage in varying amounts with food, staying up too late, picking fights or pushing people away when we’re triggered by something or someone.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▷Most of us judge one another and make assumptions sometimes to make ourselves feel better or justified. Not saying that’s ok, just saying it happens.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With love x
